Design and build backend services using Java (21+) and Spring Boot
Create and maintain APIs used by other systems and frontend apps
Contribute to design discussions around architecture, performance, and scalability
Collaborate with frontend, product, and platform engineers to solve real-world problems
Write clean, maintainable, and testable code — and help others do the same
Support CI/CD, observability, and operational excellence with your team

What we require of you

At least 3 years of professional experience in Java and Spring Boot in production environments
You’ve worked with modern backend architecture — REST, microservices, event-driven patterns
You think in systems — not just endpoints and functions
Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL or similar), Git-based workflows, Containerization
A healthy respect for test coverage, automation, and clean interfaces
You’re calm under pressure, constructive in code reviews, and good at sharing what you know
